"Pedro and his crew were prompt, easy to work with, and completed a small but labor intensive cedar sidewall shingle installation. Two other ANGI recommended contractors didn't want to be bothered with this small two-day job, but were more than willing to bid on other on-site work that I wasn't requesting. I would hire Campos Construction again if and when the need arises. WILL REDO THIS REVIEW AFTER A NUMBER OF ISSUES WITH THE INSTALLATION ARE CORRECTED OR DEALT WITH. COULD NOT SEE THEM UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY IN THE DAYLIGHT."

"The siding and roof was nice, paint was one coat I stead of 2, and used the wrong paint on door. Also had a signed contract they added $7500 to the price when I was at work and had my 67-year-old mother in law sign it. , I was a co-signer. Charged $175 to install 1 sheet of plywood.when going rstr for plywood was $75 Original quote was 15000 for siding and 7500 for roof, ended up paying $44000 which maxed out financing they assisted with at 10 percent interest."

"Where do I begin. There were zero positives to working with this company. Trying to communicate with the contractor after the project start was impossible. The quality of work was so terrible that it was clear the crew provided did not know the first thing about installing windows. We were upfront with every issue as it came up but by the end, we had repeated the same issue many times and it was still not correctly addressed. We had the same problems throughout the entire project and the crew never corrected their process. The extensive amount of issues meant the project took a month longer than planned and our residents were bothered unnecessarily and repeatedly. The crew also was disrespectful of the tenants and the property. We now have crooked windows, screens that do not properly function, damage to interior surrounds, horrible caulking, and upset tenants. "

"SFW installed a second story window in my house. The man doing the work (Foster) arrived on time 7:30 a.m. and his assistant Ryan arrived at 8:00 a.m. my husband and I had the window and most of the frame out, we did this from the inside and a new custom window on hand ready to install. My husband is 80 years old and I did not feel comfortable having him on the ladder. This is how dumb I am: I actually thought that when a company charges 200.00 plus per hour for two men to install a window theyâ  d do it in a timely fashion. They arrived with every tool in the book even a table saw and wood pieces in the truck. The window was in by 10:30. But he needed a piece of wood. They went to a lumber yard and it took two men 2.5 hours to get this piece of wood so the 2x4 and a few ancillary odds and ends cost us around 450.00. When they returned there was only the outer frame to install, a drip cap, and sill. In the end I was billed for 16.5 hours to install a window the total bill was 2293.00. Donâ  t get me wrong I am happy to have the window in and the men did a good job in the end but in my opinion this should not have taken two men 8 hours plus, this was a morning project at best. All along the way the people I dealt with were very nice. This appeared to have been an upsell opportunity for SFW and they can say anything they want but this was not efficient by any means. I did learn two valuable lessons; never assume a high hourly wage is a sign of efficiently and always get an estimate!!"
