He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck. Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too. "Let me start by saying, this ADU project was for my daughter, Macy. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. "They charged me $120 dollar just to come out and they quoted me $1600 to replace the water heater. I asked the plumber who came on how long would it take for him to do the work, he told me 3 to 4 hours, he said the pricing would be $1600. Well he doesn't set up pricing and ask me what cost would it be comfortable for me, I said you can leave right now because this is not something that I should be negotiating with you in this manner. It's inappropriate. At that point I terminated the conversation and ask him to leave. I specifically stated that I didn't want to if they quoted me above the national average as quoted by Angie's list for this type of work. I said I'm not interested in doing business because I'm aware what the national average is."
