I've inquired a few times and they keep telling me they reached out to the other company to let them know. Basically passed us off and we’re up a creek with toxic black mold."

He discovered that the gutters were full of leaf matter and unclogged them to allow the water to flow. It was not his problem but he took care of it at no charge.
