The two installers, Agustin Montoya and Ricardo Rodriguez, are highly seasoned professionals who bent over backwards to make a few needed adjustments in the midst of the installation. Everyone at Closet Factory was a pleasure to work with. Closet Factory also did three walk-in closets for us when we moved in last year. Again, superb design work and flawless installations. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. However, together with her grandma we sought to create an environment for her to live as independently as possible and for her to grow into. This began our search for the perfect contractor who would understand our needs and work with us to build this ADU for Macy. Enter, Jay Bemis with Timeless Builders. After multiple meetings with contractors, many unreturned calls and emails, we met Jay. He immediately sounded interested and returned with a bid in a timely matter. We hired John Wood of JAW Construction to transform a building shell originally intended to be a shop for building trusses into a small house (officially an auxiliary dwelling unit or ADU) and are thrilled we found him. Beyond his own expertise, he has assembled a set of sub-contractors that are excellent craftsmen in their own areas of expertise.
