"They were polite from the beginning and did a great job on remodeling my bathroom into a wheelchair accessible shower cleaned up after themselves. I mean, I have no no bad things to say about them. They were completely gentlemen, but they got the job done."

"They built a sunroom, (if you want to call it that) that has and is making we and our dogs sick. The glass and windows are cheap and do not insulate in the summer or winter. The sunroom is built real cheap and the windows or sliding glass provides no insulation, however the biggest problem is they put the PTAC ac/heater on the floor where it sucks up dirt and dog hair into the unit from the inside and most of the PTAC unit exposed to the outside practically laying on dirt sucks in dirt, leaves, pollen, insects, & mice. That stuff from the outside migrates into the unit from the outside (see pictures). It is filthy as it was laying on the outside dirt. Champion sent one or two guys to look at it and they said, ;they never seen a unit that low, but they have done nothing to fix it. In the meantime, you can not turn on the PTAC unit for AC or heating without having dirt and stuff blown into your eyes. I have had to purchase a large tupper ware plastic bowl so I can dip my eyes into the water to clear out the dirt and stuff in my eyes. My border collie lab died of allergy & respiratory issues. The dirt that migrates from the outside of the unit via the back grill of the PTAC unit gets into the sunroom as well as the unit sucks in dirt from the bottom of the unit on the inside. The glass table on the inside gets coated with dirt as well as the tv on the table that is ruined coated with dirt. I am getting ill from this Champion sunroom and they wont do anything about it. The Champion has a lot of hype, but their product to me is horrific. I have had to use a high powered Toro blower to keep the sunroom clean, but it still shoots dirt in my eyes and into the room. The windows & cheap wall material provide no insulation from heat & cold. I dislike companies that stonewall & do not back up their work. I will be happy if they modify that side of sunroom and move the PTAC unit above to be at least three feet above the floor. I ask them to do that at their cost. I challenge Champion to do the right thing and relocate their PTAC unit at least three feet higher for the health of our family & pets. WHY IS MY CRITICAL POST on this Champion sunroom constantly removed from reviews???? How many more are removed?? I was told by a website/o developer than it is possible Champion hires an outside firm to REMOVE any negative posts it dislikes"

"My Installer had a few issues, some was hardware. I have two doors that close together and one handles is about 4inches higher. The installer put in our dog door prior to the foam wall install, once installed and adjusted the dog door is no longer lever or square. They did not show up on day 1 as they broke down. I have a covered patio and we were just adding walls, it took saturday and sunday until the sun was down. Seemed like a long process for a few doors and windows. The windows were covered in dust and hand prints all over, they did not clean them before they left. There was small metal fragments were all over the ground inside and out (dangerous for a diabetic)."

"Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"

"Express flooring started installing laminate flooring in my home on September 2nd. It has been a nightmare for me. They took off the baseboards and left all the nails in sticking up, they knew I had pets. What if you have small children ? My brother an Law came over and pulled all the nails out and put them outside where they belong. They also used a cardboard box to cover up a soft spot in my master bedroom in a traffic area. They also installed a new toilet. They put my toilet on a rotten sloped floor. I reported it to project manager Jairon he told me they will be back to fix it correctly. A week later they came back and lifted my new toilet and fixed the floor. They installed my new toilet again and they didn?t replace the seal and my toilet wasn?t flushing correctly. I reported it again. It was backed up with sxxx. I had to dig it out with a puddy knife, and go buy a seal. This company does unprofessional work. They took advantage of me. Horrible workmanship ?"
