Patio Enclosures - Oklahoma City

My Installer had a few issues, some was hardware. I have two doors that close together and one handles is about 4inches higher. The installer put in our dog door prior to the foam wall install, once installed and adjusted the dog door is no longer lever or square. They did not show up on day 1 as they broke down. I have a covered patio and we were just adding walls, it took saturday and sunday until the sun was down. Seemed like a long process for a few doors and windows. The windows were covered in dust and hand prints all over, they did not clean them before they left. There was small metal fragments were all over the ground inside and out (dangerous for a diabetic).

We signed the contract to purchase with sales person Matthew Perkins on 7/14/2021, and to this day, there has been no starting of the project except to measure the area for a concrete pour on the existing surface, which was included in the project contract and financing has been approved and started to pay for the project. However, an initial draw of $3600.00 has been charged to the credit card by Patio Enclosures, and we do not have a date set yet for the concrete pour. When I call the local office number given to talk to Ashley, an assistant in the office at 405-839-7267, as instructed by the field supervisor, Shane at 405-512-2000, Ashley is very rude and is not honest and helpful. I have not tried to call Shane; however, I am going to try to contact Aundrea Nava from the Great Plains Office in Addison TX 75001. She has sent me an email introducing herself as my main point of contact for my sun room project. Her phone number. I just spoke with her. She is very kind and helpful, as well as professional, and she is contacting Ashley to try to determine what the problem is. I regret that I cannot give them a higher better score. We will have to wait and see.

When I hired them in August I was guaranteed the sunroom would be in by Thanksgiving. The week before Thanksgiving I contacted them again and again with no one answering my request for a date that they could start so I canceled the contract and it took them almost 2 months for them to send me my deposit.

Bernard & Gary were wonderful. The glass in my double hung window (kitchen) was replaced and the vinyl was re-coiled. All in just a half an hour! Last year we had a new patio door installed. Just love it! The quality of their products are top-notch.

There are a lot of window/door companies, but Stanek in my opinion has the most understanding consultant that listens to your needs or wants and then lays out a program that will fit your needs. The product is outstanding and very well made.

Gary arrived on time. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job install our french storm doors. He cleaned up afterwards and hauled away our old ones. Highly recommend him to anyone who need doors installed. Answered my questions with answers and explained why he did what he did.

Do not hire this company. Cheap windows. Poor installation, no service. The window fell out. No one even returned my call.

Stanek Windows Service Techs, Bernard & Chris came out to install two replacement windows in our sunroom. They did a great job & were very courteous. They are a great asset to Stanek Windows.
