They built a sunroom, (if you want to call it that) that has and is making we and our dogs sick. The glass and windows are cheap and do not insulate in the summer or winter. The sunroom is built real cheap and the windows or sliding glass provides no insulation, however the biggest problem is they put the PTAC ac/heater on the floor where it sucks up dirt and dog hair into the unit from the inside and most of the PTAC unit exposed to the outside practically laying on dirt sucks in dirt, leaves, pollen, insects, & mice. That stuff from the outside migrates into the unit from the outside (see pictures). It is filthy as it was laying on the outside dirt. Champion sent one or two guys to look at it and they said, ;they never seen a unit that low, but they have done nothing to fix it. In the meantime, you can not turn on the PTAC unit for AC or heating without having dirt and stuff blown into your eyes. I have had to purchase a large tupper ware plastic bowl so I can dip my eyes into the water to clear out the dirt and stuff in my eyes. My border collie lab died of allergy & respiratory issues. The dirt that migrates from the outside of the unit via the back grill of the PTAC unit gets into the sunroom as well as the unit sucks in dirt from the bottom of the unit on the inside. The glass table on the inside gets coated with dirt as well as the tv on the table that is ruined coated with dirt. I am getting ill from this Champion sunroom and they wont do anything about it. The Champion has a lot of hype, but their product to me is horrific. I have had to use a high powered Toro blower to keep the sunroom clean, but it still shoots dirt in my eyes and into the room. The windows & cheap wall material provide no insulation from heat & cold. I dislike companies that stonewall & do not back up their work. I will be happy if they modify that side of sunroom and move the PTAC unit above to be at least three feet above the floor. I ask them to do that at their cost. I challenge Champion to do the right thing and relocate their PTAC unit at least three feet higher for the health of our family & pets. WHY IS MY CRITICAL POST on this Champion sunroom constantly removed from reviews???? How many more are removed?? I was told by a website/o developer than it is possible Champion hires an outside firm to REMOVE any negative posts it dislikes

DO NOT hire them for your siding needs!!,They will cheat you out of what they say they are going to do. Once you have signed the contract, there is no going back. They charge you for the work before they even get started. You start paying the bill long before the work is even started!!! I will say, the installers that Champion hired to install the siding were fabulous. The installers themselves, could no believe how Champion had cheated me!!!!!!!! They are also way overpriced for what you get. There are a lot of siding companies out there. I cannot say it loud enough; DO NOT choose Champion for your siding needs. I personally would not use them for windows either. They are terrible with customer service!!!!.

The work has not been started. When asked, they cannot give a date when construction will start. I am sorry that we hired this company, but have paid half of cost and cannot get out of the deal.

Installation was done by an independent installer. There was some slight damage to the wood around the frame of the windows that I am not pleased with. Otherwise I am very satisfied with my new windows.

Product exactly what I was wanting for replacement windows. Product comes with "life time" guarantee as long as U own the home. Hoping cust. service is as good or BETTER than the product. Ive read a few reviews where CS was not so great at satisfying the customer AFTER installation. Only time will tell. I do LUV my windows!

The Service Rep and the technicians were very professional. The Rep provided a lot of information about the windows, which are great. It was the warranty that convinced me to buy Champion windows. The installers also were professional, courteous and very thorough. They worked steady for the time they were in my home, and finished the job in one day.

The Champion rep that came out gave so much information, I love this company and can't wait for my next project!
