"Sean suggested replacing the main breaker panel when there was a problem with the dryer outlet breaker. The job was performed on 9/11. He asked me to pay the full amount right after the installation of the panel, before the completion of the inspection and permit, which was part of the service agreement. He assured me that the inspection would be done the following week 9/16 because â I am awaiting the state to get my renewals completedâ . The inspection was never done and Sean stopped replying to my text messages (9/20 & 9/30) inquiring about the inspections. So now I have paid for the crucial part of the job (inspection and permit) but it never gets done."
