The man who did the job were awesome. They were very thorough, professional, and speedy. They left our church grounds spotless. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Seamus Donohue was a man who knew his subject - lightning. He came to our home quickly, and scheduled installation immediately after we made a decision. The men who came to do the installation were professional, careful and took time to make sure the results were as "invisible" as possible. We hope never to have a lightning strike again at our home, but as the weather patterns change, we fear that is more possible than in the past. We feel more protected after our lightning protection installation. But you never know how successful something is if the proof is in something never happening! But we'll take it.

Through a thorough investigation I found that there are few people in the United States who know how to properly install lightning rods. The grounding is essential for it to be effective. There are some companies who think they know how to install a lightning rod system, seem very cost effective, but take the time to find out exactly what they plan to do on your building. Seamus Donohue has been in the business for years, is well known and respected by the premier supplier in Missouri of lightning rod supplies, goes all over the country and does excellent work with very pleasant employees. We would recommend this company to anyone who feels the need to get lightning rods for a building. Little trivia--1 in every 200 homes will be hit by lightning this years AND lightning does strike twice in the same place!

Within minutes after submitting an inquiry, Seamus contacted me to find out specifics of my project and although he provided an estimate, he was receptive to coming out for a site visit before I committed. Edward came for the preliminary site visit and afterwards, I accepted their proposal. Cliff, the installer, communicated with me with scheduling and was very professional and easy deal with. Edward performed an inspection after install to make sure everything was done properly. The people representing this company seem very knowledgeable about their work and is backed up by generations of experience.

When the Satellite TV tech came down from the roof, he said that my Lightning Rod installation was the best & neatest he had ever seen before. I then fully realized what a great job this company had done. He had worked a very long day, just to get the Lightning Protection installation completed on both my 2-story house and my 3-stall barn. He took the time to explain what he had done. I felt that for the cost of my Insurance Deductable, I saved myself the hassle of dealing with the aftermath of a Lightning strike. Insurance does NOT replace family heirlooms. I feel that I am fully prepared for North Texas weather. Would highly recommend Donohue's if you want to have peace of mind when Mother Nature gets nasty.
