driveway pavers
+ -1 moreThey blew off debris, put crack filler in cracks and then sealed the whole driveway. The person who wrote up my estimate had stated two coats of sealer would be used, but the person doing the work said that because our driveway was in such bad shape (which was true, it was in bad shape from the winter), he would have to apply the sealer by hand, with brushes, instead of spraying it on, and said two coats could only be done if it was sprayed on. They did apply a pretty thick coating of sealer, and the guy who came to do the work said they did that since they couldn't put two coats on. The sealer dried for about 6 hours on a hot day before it was rained on. Not having had our driveway professionally sealed before, I don't know if this is sufficient so I hope the sealing holds up. I was a bit surprised that a truck with another name on it showed up to do the work. I asked if Velotta subcontracted with them, and was told yes. The main problem I had was having to wait about a month to get the sealing scheduled because of repeated cold, wet weather.
