Owner was very unprofessional, aggressive, not helpful, and demanding.
Description of Work: Contractor had a very long and detailed conversation with me to discuss my issues with the work completed including standing water for extended periods of time that will freeze in the winter and cause breakdown of product faster then if job was done correctly. Water does not mitigate in the manner it is suppose to. Large divide in the middle of the work that should have been smooth and was done impropperly. Owner said he could easly come out and fix it with a blowtorch. He came out looked at it and said he didnt see any issues. Then contacted me to let me know he was putting a lein on the house. At this point the business owner is harassing me instead of correcting the iossues as discussed. He was very confident it was a simple fix however is attacking me and my neighbors property now instead of collaborating like the professionals they claim to be. Continues to escalate the situation and get angry and aggressive instead of being productive and correcting the issues so that the product is as described when we were given the quiote

Nicholas Cooper (owner) and his team did an excellent job filling cracks and resealing our driveway. Made that extra effort to take care of my project and answer questions. Would definitely hire Ameripave Blacktopping again.

Every step of the way, from requesting a site visit and quote, to scheduling and to the work being done today, went very smoothly. Seldom have we dealt with more professional owners and crew. They were very timely, skilled, equipped to do the job right, and respectful of property. Tony (father), Nick(son) and Crew at Ameripave did a fabulous job! I highly recommend them. They did the estimate on 8/19/2020. I asked for the job to be done on 09/03 or 09/04 and they made it work! They all were very polite and hard working. They didn't stop until the job was done to my satisfaction. Tony and Nick both provided education on the care of my brand new driveway. If I could give them a higher score I would because they deserve it! Thank you so much!

We had 25+ year old asphalt driveway that was badly cracked and damaged from some recent construction. Nick took time to assess our driveway and listen to our needs and concerns. He answered our questions and helped us understand what options we had. Their prices were competitive. The team did a great job on installation day and we have been very pleased with our driveway so far.

Upon receiving estimate for the work, they also have us am estimated start time. Kept us up to date and showed up at the stated time. The crew were a well organized polite and respectful, not only to us but our property. They took the time to give us tips to keep it in we’ll repair. A side gate needed lifted and they did it without asking and filled a hole with the dirt they had on hand. All at no extra charge to us. I would definitely recommend them again and can’t say enough good things not only about their work and professionalism. In fact, we are having them come back and do another job!!
