He and his crew put in the shower floor and even made me a little foot rest in the corner. They put in the new faucets and body jets for me and did all the tile work. He also worked with Crystal Illusions to get the glass and shower doors ordered. My shower is wonderful and I am so happy it is finished. Thanks guys."

I started out in sales & moved into installation 17 years ago when I joined the Floor covering union here in Cleveland. I completed the 4 year apprentice program through the union & have also taken many other seminars & training classes offered through distributors & flooring manufacturers. "Nate and Joe did an incredible job. Both are extremely quick and meticulous and in their work. It took less than 1 day to cut and install and 2nd day to grout. By noon of the second day, my project was complete. All the cuts were perfect and their attention to detail was amazing. They took great care to protect our floors and countertops during the job and cleaned-up at the end. My wife and I cant stop staring at our beautiful new backsplash. We plan to use Exotic for our Master Bathroom project next. Wholeheartedly recommend Nate and Joe for any tile project anyone is considering."
