We were told unequivocally there would be no caulk. There was/is caulk. He sold us on the "chemically welded acrylic' technology. We were 100% misled. We had to have the installers back to repair unacceptable workmanship. They quoted a scope of work that was modified. It was agreed that there would be a credit issued. It was issued, then it was reversed. We reached out to Lorenzo G about the credit. After multiple follow ups from us, he told me that I was disrespectful for sending a text on Sunday, and that he would no longer be dealing with us. "Customer service will help you from here". His justification was a screen shot of a text from 3 days prior to show that someone was working on it. If he had taken 2 seconds to let me know that he would not have received a text from me on Sunday. We are stuck with this "

We had a nasty roof leaf behind a wall that damaged floor and subfloor. Voila, he fixed it all and found poor construction around a patio door that is now properly reconstructed. We are excited for next up, a reclaimed barn beam mantel and stacked stone around the fireplace. What an amazing magician!"

"BEWARE. This is a scam. After a walkthrough of my home, I received a quote for $827.76, I was not given an option to pay after the service, and my CC was charged $886.92 by SERVICE CONVENIENCE INC. to replace four window panels. The technician arrived and after an inspection of the windows, told me that he would only be able to repair three of the four windows because he did not have the correct equipment. I told him I would be in my office while he worked on the windows and to let me know when he was finished. An hour or two later, the technician was nowhere to be found. There were messes around two of the four windows that he replaced, he did not even attempt to replace the third and he had broken two additional windows (the panels outside of the interior panel that he replaced). This was over a month ago and it has been a nonstop headache ever since. I have more broken windows than when I started, a mess to clean up, non stop back and forth with this fraudulent company who hasn't even refunded so much as a dollar and I am out nearly $900. Their offer, after all of this, was to refund me $134.44 - a number that doesn't even make a bit of sense - but it is "going to take awhile because they have a new computer system" I am out almost $900 and in an unsafe situation with my street level broken windows. I have sent several messages and I am clearly out out of luck, but you don't have to be. Do not hire this company."
