They worked with my insurance company to help cover more of my replacement cost and were flexible in the end when my insurance would not agree to cover the entirety of the roof. A few issues that came up from the job itself were immediately rectified (same day) and the follow-up has been great. Customer service on the front end was spotty at times, but during the actual build and leading up to it I felt like they were on top of everything and very communicative."
