American Weathertechs LLC - Cincinnati

Just had our house completely re-sided by American WeatherTECHs (as well as getting a large new window installed). We had cedar siding that was getting taken over by birds so we decided to go with an insulated siding that should deter the birds. Anyway, we had a fantastic experience with Mynor Granados and his very professional crew. We were told it would take about two weeks (big job, our house has lots of bends and outcoves). They were done in 9 days in spite of some dicey weather. They were here before 9AM every day and worked hard until about 7 every evening (including Saturday, but not Sunday) with an hour lunch break. It was very hot and humid with showers/storms several days. They would break during the storm and resume as soon as it was over. Every single worker on the crew was polite, friendly and professional, taking their lead from Mynor who was an absolutely great guy. Having your house re-sided is a big, expensive job that everyone kind of dreads, but this crew from American WeatherTECHs made it surprisingly painless. And the workmanship is top notch - the finished product is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. By the way, this job was in West Chester, Ohio.

Professional from the beginning. My rep Ian was very thorough, polite punctual and personable. Came back for second appointment with digital render on iPad. We signed and waited for materials and winter weather to end. Then one early spring day the office called and told me they would start the next day. The crew was also polite and knowledgeable. Any questions they ask me. These men knew their craft and did an amazing installation. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Our job had a lot of detail and Jerry’s team was very diligent to do the job correctly! We were extremely happy with the end results of the work.

The crew arrived within the time block given. They worked swiftly and efficiently to replace all our windows, and were able to do it all in one day. Given they were 80 year old Steel casement windows with original glass and no standard sizing or installation, that was No Small Feat. KUDOS TO JOHN and his crew for that and are worth EVERY PENNY. We also had glass block installed in our basement windows--that was a fantastic installation job as well. We are extremely happy with our windows--they brighten and lighten the rooms and do an excellent job of insulating. The folks at American Weathertechs were polite and professional and enjoyable to deal with.

We are so happy with American WeatherTechs and our new siding. Aaron Gray was available to guide through the process making it worry free. Aaron was also prompt to answer any questions or concerns. He followed the job to completion to ensure we were satisfied with the final product. Denise Stamper from management is an expert in what she does which is to address insurance claims and represent OUR interests when dealing with an issue with the insurance company. She is tenacious in getting her clients what they deserve while maintaining her professionalism. It should be noted the work crew was excellent. Very hard working and professional. Jerry, the crew chief, and his crew are top rate. A neighbor stopped by to compliment the work crew and how impressed he was. Again, it was a wonderful experience to work with such a professional company as American WeatherTech and highly recommend them.

Our new windows are better than expected. The installation team was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We would not hesitate to purchase new products through American Weathertechs again.

We had wind storm damage needed to repair some one recommended this company I call and spoke with salesman NIel Mckinley he come over the same day told me it is best to replace it because the roof is old and will have problems in future took his advice he give me estimate it was in my budget I had three other estimates all of them were well over this company. Niel is very nice person and easy to work with and after the installation he even give me up grade warranties to silver. I could not be happier with my decision to hire American Weathertechs! From the initial sale through the final installation everyone was thorough, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend American Weathertechs to anyone and plan to use them in the future for any of my home improvement needs.

Shortly after we moved into our house, we noticed a significant water leak coming in through our dining room window when it rained. Being new homeowners, we didn't have tons of money to spend on big projects. Luckily Shawn Hodge and Dave Weekly were both able to come out and help diagnose that it was the roof that was the problem. The work didn't take very long to be done and AWT also rescreened some of my screens for me as well which was extremely nice! Office staff is pretty prompt at replies and very accommodating. Would recommend to everyone! This is truly a company that cares about their customers and making sure they are served.

We had a leak a few months back. They came shortly after and explained the issue and fixed the issue very quickly. They were extremely professional and we would recommend to anyone looking for roofing needs. We will be using them for all out siding, windows and roofing moving forwward!

Sales representative arrived 30 minutes early. Went through house and took basic measurements. Started telling me that if I didn't make a decision this week that the price would change. When that didn't budge me he did the well if you wait a week or two it may be 2 or 3 months before we can install and prices might change. I went, I'm getting multiple quotes and will wait till I have all information before making a decision. Asked for the quote and the information on the windows he was recommending. It's been 24 hours since he left and I have yet to have a quote or the information requested from him. Guess you don't want to put the quote in writing for fear of being held to it for longer than 1 week. Be nice if you waste my time for 45 minutes to get the quote that you came out to do with the information on what you're proposing.

We were super impressed with the siding job done by the father and son team T&T. Their careful attention to detail showed us how much pride they had in their work. They also were friendly and fine gentlemen. We really appreciate the new siding . God bless them both. Thank you again, Vito, for working with us and "starting the ball rolling" on this project, too. My wife and I would also like to express our gratitude to George for taking our calls and fielding our questions. He has a lot of patience , too. he is a good guy also.
