I grew up doing carpentry. My dad was a carpenter, as well as my grandpa. I had my first job in construction the summer of 5th grade. I got married at 18 and went into construction full-time. In my mid-20s, I started working in a chair shop and worked in the industry for 8 years and then started my own business in 2016. He was only interested in getting paid and never hauled away the debris from the job site. We had to pay another company $175 to haul it away. And John kept the $100 we paid him to haul it away."
