The guys who replaced our deck did a great job. Their boss, John (Ivan) did a terrible job communicating with us. He ignored our emails, texts and phone calls. He was only interested in getting paid and never hauled away the debris from the job site. We had to pay another company $175 to haul it away. And John kept the $100 we paid him to haul it away.

Terry did a terrific job with an extension to our wood deck that doubled its size. He was professional and easy to work with throughout the process. The price was fair, he was responsive to emails, and the job was completed more quickly than we anticipated. I highly recommend Deckmasters and would hire Terry and crew again. Our deck looks great!

The job went wonderfully. Terry and his team did a phenomenal job. I will not hesitate to recommend and will use them again. We had a sagging deck. The deck was not installed properly. I had a few other contractors come out and tell me that I had to replace the deck. Terry came out and told me that the deck was in good shape and that he could fix it. He stood by his word and his team did a great job. I am very particular and picky and they exceeded all of my expectations.

The crew took their time and ended up looking great--just what I was hoping for. Everything they did was to perfection. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and completed it professionally!!! Great jog at a great price.

Excellent from start to finish. Terry was great to work with. I explained what I wanted and he created my dream porch! He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all our questions and returned calls and emails in a timely manner. The men that came out to tear down our old porch and build the new one were also very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful to our property. They did an outstanding job!!

Everything went very well and we love our new deck. Terry gave us various design suggestions and modeled it for us, as well as giving us pictures of similar decks and providing us with an opportunity to view one of his installed decks. Terry communicated well before the project started and during the work so that we knew the timing of the project and what was involved. I met with Terry after receiving an estimate from another local company. DeckMasters had many good online reviews, but also had local references in my neighborhood. I was willing to wait a couple months for a schedule opening, and they started when expected, ended when expected. Reliable and hard workers did a great job on this deck restore, going from wood to composite, new railings, lighting. Very happy we chose them. Recommend.
