"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ?? we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! I live by the Wolf Creek Tavern in Norton’s loyal Oak & for the first time since moving in late 2001/early 2002 my basement suffered a massive flood August 8, 2023. Owner Mike Johns gave me his plan & the estimate. Other companies sent young people who never actually did the work and were basically just reinstalling what I already had downstairs. Mike had a much better plan, And I feel confident that I could finish my basement and it is never going to get wet again! I now have a sump pump in each corner of the basement, the sump pumps have secondary backup pumps, they have battery back ups in case the power goes out, all the pumps and all my downspouts all the way around the house are now dumped far from the house down by the road. Frozen broken pipes are a much more difficult item to put a price tag on. The best course is to try to correct it as soon as possible: These tend to get worse rather than better, which means more costly. You will obviously be paying more for after hour emergency services, but time is of the essence.
