"MIRACLE METHOD SURFACE REFINISH REVIEW 3/2/2025 I recently had wall tiles installed in my tub/shower surround and was shocked at how bad my old bathtub looked against the new tiles. My contractor and plumber recommended Miracle Method, so I felt confident in having them refinish my bathtub. Jerry was the contractor for my job, which took 2 half days. Day 1: Jerry did a powerful cleaning and removed the grouting/caulking that touched the tub. After preparing the tub, he then sprayed on the paint. Day 2: Jerry came back to buff and polish the tub and apply a non-skid finish on the tub's bottom. He then reapplied the grouting. My tub looks like it’s brand new. Well done, Jerry! "CONSUMER BEWARE: This Company should not be installing shower units.. I hired this company after all the hype on what they can do for me and promises. My job started on July 8,2024 and wasn't completed till Oct. 2024. So much for the 4 day install. I had 4 different crews and none of them had any professional experience. They manage to cut through my floor joist over 1/2 way. Installed 3 different shower bases due to lack of experience installing the correct way. The first base was installed off center, the second base was installed in the correct direction to find out the joist didn't have to be cut . A subfloor section also cut out 12 x 20 for the initial install which wasn’t needed if it was installed correctly.. The 3rd base was installed due to the drum trap that was installed. The walls panels/plywood panels all had to be torn back off due to incorrect installation with not being level. They didn't get the proper permits needed. Found out a T or Drum trap was installed which is prohibited in the State of Ohio. The crews didn't know local plumbing or structural codes that are used in the State of Ohio. I had to constantly watch the crew to ensure they weren't cutting corners. I even had to go to small claims court."
