As a maintenance man I have to deal with vendors and contractors from all walks of life for a Marriott of different issues – I can say without a doubt they did amazing work, I was informed daily and given updates communication was on point for everything and the finished product Couldn't have turned out any better

Excellent experience with Capital City Property Management. Anthony was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about our problem with two sliding doors. He reviewed repair options with us before proceeding. We know that the job could have much costlier, yet Anthony brought it in for $45! We’ll use CCPM again for any kind of project.

Anthony repaired a leaking shower faucet and replaced a facade that had fallen from over my front door. He accomplished this in about two hours, time which included going to Home Depot to purchase the part for the shower.

I received a text and email requesting more information about the project. I replied to both the text and the email with the same information. Waited two days and never had any more communication from the contractor. This happens all of the time on Angi so I will not be using this website again. It was a waste of time.

Cameron was wonderful. He did have problems with putting in a new pull chain light in the closet. The wiring was old. So, it took much longer than anticipated. However, they only charged me for the estimated cost.

We have used CCPM for a few different repairs. They recently installed pull-down stairs and installed a new garage ceiling in our older home. We were concerned about the weight of the drywall and Paul did some research and discovered a PVC product we could use instead. They found safety issues with our garage door and fixed them. They left our garage looking better and safer! They treat your home like it is theirs and customer service is excellent. They take the time to do it right.

I normally don’t do reviews. Seems like with every transaction in life these days, someone’s asking for you feedback. And it becomes very time consuming, and only worth it for bad experiences as a warning to others. This time, I had to make an exception. The team at CCPM was outstanding. I could not as for better. I met with them in person and we did a walkthrough. Then I had to leave town. The team got to work quickly and maintained regular communication about progress along the way. Took pictures when the hit obstacles and took action quickly to resolve with alternative solutions. Finally, took final pics of all work done that was in scope, as well as a video walkthrough on FaceTime. I was cautious being out of town but the communication helped a lot. And the quality of service and dedication to the job was top notch. And all of this for a very reasonable price. Next job I have, I’m calling CCPM!

No one showed up. It was originally scheduled for Thursday, was rescheduled to Sunday & no one showed up!

Incredible service! Had several no call/no shows with other contractors but Anthony was prompt to reply to my initial request and had excellent communication through project completion. Prompt, professional, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
