They were pleasant to speak to, knowledgeable about their job and helpful in answering my questions. It was hot all day but they both kept moving and knocked it out. It was about an 8 hour job. Rob Cook, reported to the job sporadically citing many excuses (which were outlandish) why he was not able to work. Suffice it to say, he did not finish the job after being paid and would not return calls or text messages. If we had seen all the negative feedback on him, we never would have hired him.
