Was contacted a few days ago saying they would be out to treat my house, to which I responded, I had already cancelled. They still sent someone out to treat my house without my authorization and still charged me. Have told them I need a refund ASAP but have yet to hear back. Will be contacting the BBB if I don't see a refund in the next day. Be aware of this company's business practice!!!"
