+ -1 moreI told this company that I would be cancelling services in January and that my April treatment, the last of my year long contract, would be my final treatment. Was contacted a few days ago saying they would be out to treat my house, to which I responded, I had already cancelled. They still sent someone out to treat my house without my authorization and still charged me. Have told them I need a refund ASAP but have yet to hear back. Will be contacting the BBB if I don't see a refund in the next day. Be aware of this company's business practice!!!

+ -1 moreI've been using their service for 2 years and I didn't have any issue with the bugs. I didn't have any insect problem. Beck Ford was the best representative and has given us a good customer service ever and the level of professionalism. He was always worried about our concern and answer all of our questions.
