"Jesse Moore and his team are frankly amazing. I wish they did more than build patios and related work as I would hire them for everything. Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. They communicate, they show up when they say, and they deliver a quality product with smiles on their faces. Finally, I trust that team at my home - even when I cannot be present. "Josh and his team did a very good job of removing my large maple tree. He had to do a lot of climbing to get it down. I was very impressed with his safety measures and climbing techniques. It took a while to get the stump removed. He had to come a few times to get it out and all the roots. I would hire them again."

You can call and see for yourself. 937-525-5800 They were taking a tree down in my neighbor's yard and let the tree fall on my fence, damaging the fence and ripping my power lines down! Never provided proof of insurance when I asked which probably means they dont have any! Avoid this fly by night company. Owner offered to send workers back to "fix" the fence but would you let these clowns back on your property?"

"I had a large tree that hung over a portion of the house and patio. I set this project up in Angi on Friday morning. Paul came later that day for an estimate. I awarded the project Friday evening. They came Monday morning and got to work. The guys were polite and did a quick walk-through beforehand. They let me know when they were done a couple hours later and did a quick check that everything was good. Easy communication, guys did a great job. Thank you!"

"Someone came out two times to review the work and provide me with an estimate. The day they were supposed to start, it rained and the company told me they wouldn't be out that day. That was in April and I have not heard from them since and have not been able to reach them. I'm disappointed they never got back to me. I guess I have to start over now."

"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

"Doug Jr. came out, quoted some work and then showed up as promised. He and his team were reliable, knowledgeable and went straight to work. I had roughly 40-50 honeysuckle stumps and a few tree stumps that I haven’t been able to get manage. They were fast and efficient. Very professional group of guys. Thank you for the great work."
