They were on-time and professional. They provided the exact service requested. Then they were gone as quickly as they arrived. I've got future work in store for JJ!

I was impressed by this business from our very first interaction on the phone. They were polite and knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would! They did good work, and cleaned up nicely. We have all had bad experiences with a business just not showing up or doing shoddy work, etc. This is NOT the case with JJâ s stump removal. I highly recommend them.

It was a late call but they still stayed and completed the job

Do not hire these folks. Started every day at 2:00, while stating they would arrive in the morning. I hired them to mulch, which I found out they had little experience. Quoted me a price, started the work, and then hung up the phone on me when I asked when they were going to finish. I have mulch piles all through my grass, driveway and beds. They even tore up my yard with their trailer by scraping off the grass. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the work since they would not honor their commitments. Embarrassing outcome for them, and the smelled of pot

They may be cheap but not worth your time. They came out, didnâ t start till noon then they were finishing up in the dark because they didnâ t start early enough, then, their equipment was broken down so they had to store their equipment in my backyard then in the light it was clear they hadnâ t gotten all the roots as promised and they said theyâ d come back and now they arenâ t answering my calls.

They removed three stumps of bushes (not trees), but they damaged my siding on two of the stump locations. They should have used a piece of wood to hold between the equipment and the house to protect our siding. If they are so experienced, they should know the power of their equipment! They have not returned my call. Now we have siding damage to fix. That in itself increases the cost of a â simple project! Not happy!

J&J were so easy to work with and made it convenient for me. I didn't even have to be home for them to survey my yard nor do the work and yet they did exactly what I needed. I would trust and recommend them for any stump removal. Such reasonable pricing as well! 5/5

Even though I had began to remove the stump myself I had to pay the minimal amount which seemed pricey but fair , they were very nice and did a great job, I would definitely recommend them
