"Molly Maid has a terrible business model and if it wasn’t for Tori who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, I would be leaving zero stars if I could. I had requested their cleaning services and was looking forward to the long list of services which were stated to be included during the time of booking. The day of my scheduled cleaning, the two ladies had arrived two hours late and while friendly, delivered less than sub-par cleaning and did not clean three of the rooms upstairs, completely missing our master bedroom and bathroom. While here, one of the ladies stepped outside to take a personal call and was screaming on the phone for around 10 minutes in my driveway. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but this is beyond unacceptable. Not to mention they left only after one hour. The owner, Steve was combative, disrespectful and downright rude from the start of our conversation. I don’t consider myself to be unreasonable. I would never recommend their services to anyone."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"Morning Stacey The alarm noted your arrival at 8:01 am and departure at 1:02 pm through the garage door and walked around to the front door to make sure it was locked. We paid you the agreed upon amount of $350 for 8 hours and you worked 5 and it shows. I had to finish what you were paid to deep clean. The ceiling fans were cleaned, the main living ceiling fan was not cleaned, you cleaned the mirrors however there was dust above them, the baseboards and vents were not cleaned, the couch and round side table were not moved and cleaned, pictures on walls were not cleaned. I feel the floors were not cleaned properly and the feont storm door was not cleaned. You only worked 5 hours and it shows. We received 5 hours of work and it shows. The house was not deep cleaned. You also left our homes alarm unarmed. I left precise directions on how to enter through the garage and leave tough the garage using the passcides for the alarm and garage door. If you would have stayed the for the entire 8 hours paid for everything we are finding not clean wpuld have been cleaned. Please Zelle us the 3 hours not worked in the amount of $131.25 and everything will be fine."
