"This job required laying block to seal off opening in foundation, pouring a long cement sidewalk from back porch down through yard to the garage. One part of the yard needed resloped and required drainage to be installed. True Grit did an excellent job in a timely manner and made sure I was happy with the results every step of the way. "I called Judge’s on 5/16/2019 to schedule them to come out and pump my septic tank. I was told they could come out on 5/22 to pump my septic tank. They took my name, phone number, and address, and scheduled me for 5/22 service. The secretary re-stated my information, and said I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before they show up. 5/22 rolls around and I take the afternoon off of work, so I can be at my house when they come to clean my septic tank. 3:00pm rolls around, and I call Judge’s to find out when they plan on coming. I call and speak with the owner, and he said I was not scheduled for service. He apologized, said he would take $10 off, and handed the phone to his wife, who would schedule me for a different date. I told his wife I saw them on Angies List, and she took another $10 off. She scheduled me for 5/31, and said I would get a call 30 minuted before they show up to do the work. 5/31 rolls around and I get a phone call from Judge’s at 7:45am. I was told by the owner that I live too far from them, and he would not becoming to pump my septic tank. Worst service I have ever dealt with. I do NOT recommend this company for septic cleaning!"
