They did a fine job!

The guy showed up a little later than we were told they would, but it was because they had an issue at their previous job. Not the company's fault, you know what they say $!it happens, lol. Overall our experience was great. I was so worried that our yard would look horrible after it was done. Especially, since it was right before Christmas, but you could hardly tell they were even there.

They were prompt, courteous, provided information, insight and recommendations. They provided the service and we're reasonable. would use their services again and recommend them do the service they performed.

The first time I contacted Jason was during a torrential downpour and water was pouring into our basement. This had never happened before and I could tell where the water was coming from and where it should have been draining. I contacted him, he was on another job, but promised to come by no matter how late it was, to help us with the problem. We had never met Jason before, but were referred to him by a plumber friend. Jason arrived a few hours later, very concerned to help us. By the time he got there, the rain had stopped and we were just dealing with the damage. He looked at where the water should have drained to and fed a camera down that drain. After about 15 minutes, he was able to show us a picture of where the drainpipe had separated and clogged. Without this technology, I'm not sure we ever would have realized the problem. The pipe and clog were in the middle of our backyard, approximately 100yards from the starting point. He advised us as to what to do, billed us, and gave us a discount since he couldn't come right away. The second time I contacted Jason was when we had some moisture in the basement. He was so honest and trustworthy from the first time, that even though I knew he might not be able to do the work, he would be able to advise us. He came out, investigated the problem and advised as to what to do and who to call. We will definitely keep Jason on and quot;speed dialand quot; for any future water, septic, drain problems:)
