"I recently had the pleasure of working with Bill and Dave on a renovation project at my home. This was our most ambitious project yet, as we wanted to maximize the existing space to create an entirely new master bathroom and walk-in closet. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly professional and stress free. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
