My business is a small business with only myself, the owner, and generally one or two helpers unless the job calls for more. Most of the work we do is done by us that way we can control the quality better. We will occasionally use a sub contractor for specialized trades, but we use the same trusted businesses every time! We do not accept credit cards at this time but checks or cash is fine. We are not doing any financing at this time so we take deposits when work starts and generally whatever is left is do at completion of project.

In addition to the specifications required fo composit deck installation, he added more than required joists speculations to ensure the deck likely remain problem free. He also was able to anchor my propane grill and table without risk to the deck as these articles get thrown around in windy and stormy weather. He provided a generous warranty. "They came out and gave us a quote. They didn't have a formal contract just something Jose wrote up. We agreed to the quote but after reviewing it we felt we couldn't go through with the project. We contacted Jose the next day to advise him we would not be able to go through with the work and he said he would HOLD the 1000.00 check we have given him. The following week I went into tour bank account the stop payment on the check and found that Jose had cashed it two days after he said he would hold it. I am very glad we decided not to work with him as I am not sure I would trust him to do the work."

We also had them re route a vent pipe in a separate bathroom so that it is past the trap and not letting sewer gases into the home. We were given options for materials based on our budget and guided on who to meet with at the appropriate store to select our materials. The work was done within the timeframe we gave. They did an excellent job making the space beautiful and professionally done. They respected our home and cleaned up better than expected each day. Of course, there were unexpected issues that arose that were dealt with without concern such as having to shore up not plumb walls. The price wasn’t cheap but was reasonable. In all, they did an excellent job."
