Paul went above and beyond to help me out and did a great job on our porch. I had an issue with a previous contractor and he reassured me everything would get done. Just 2 days and it looks great! We had Paul and his team completely gut and renovate our bathroom and could not be happier with the results!

It could not have been a better experience, Paul spent a great deal of time talking to us about what we wanted in our new kitchen and helped us with the cabinet selection and ordering, He and his crew of CJ and Derek offered excellent suggestions and opinions along the way, Their attention to detail was impressive and quite uncommon in today’s world. There is not a thing I would change about the hire or the work that was done. We love our new kitchen and will likely hire them again for future projects,

Paul is a great contractor. He has a ton of skills, some great employees and subs and he does great, creative work in a collaborative fashion. We first worked with Paul and his crew when we did an extensive kitchen remodel. This job included all new tile, cabinets, all plumbing fixtures, and new appliances, as well as the installation of radiant floor heating, new windows and doors, and electrical and plumbing relocation. The job also included the installation of a new laundry room including plumbing, gas, and electrical. The whole job went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the results. We also had Paul install a large deck on our house which is amazing, the deck is on it's third summer and it's holding up great and is super solid. Paul also installed a paver stone walkway and patio for us. This project included building the walk way up from a sunken site and incorporating large sandstone barn stones to match our 1850 farm house. Paul is a great mason and tile guy for sure. Overall, I've found Paul Baucco to be easy to get along with, fun to work with, punctual and honest. He really gives contractors a good name.

The project was completed as scheduled and was well done. Our basement ceiling is low and there were venting ducts going across. Finishing this basement requires quite a few customization. Paul suggested a good design and gave us a reasonable estimate. During the project, I asked for several changes, Paul was patient and was able to accommodate. The communication with Paul was smooth. I was being notified if certain things might require extra cost and/or an alternative way could cut the cost. Paul tried hard to give us the best result without going over the estimate. His team was also very friendly and talented. I would say Paul and his team are not only experienced contractors, they are good people to work with. I'd recommend them very highly!

Paul was wonderful. He listened to what we wanted and checked with us if any changes were necessary. His work was very high quality and he brought in electricians, painters, etc. as needed for the larger jobs. We plan to have him come back in the spring to renovate our outdoor space.

Mr Baucco rescued us from a job that another contractor left unfinished after taking money from us. The other contractor's worker was supposed to simply repair the shower floor by inserting a "custom made" insert that we had to wait 6 weeks to get and pay for upfront. We had been told this would not require opening up the walls, but the worker came on the scheduled day and convinced us that he had to open the walls up to put the product in. He then commenced to demolish the lower half of the shower walls and the old shower floor, saying that there was some wood rot. After demolishing the shower floor, he said he could not put in the custom insert, so he went to Home Depot to buy an "off the shelf" insert. He placed that in the shower, then left us with the walls still demolished, a shower floor insert that was off center, and a pile of construction debris that had fallen into the crawlspace. Mr. Baucco was pleasant, prompt, and quoted us a reasonable price to fix this mess. The man he sent for the job (Dan) did an excellent job--if you did not tell anyone what had happened, I don't think anyone would know that the bottom half of the shower was rebuilt. This job required a lot of skill due to being matched with the original out of line older walls and off center shower floor. He did not ask for payment until the job was done. The work area was left neat. We would definitely hire this company again.

They did an excellent job! Paul is very professional, always on-time and finished both big jobs in just a few days. He and his crew go above and beyond to do the job exactly how you want it and make it look great. He explains everything needed and kept and gave us all receipts from anything he needed to buy to keep track of expenses. We highly recommend him for a wide range of projects!

Paul and his crew did an A+ job. They showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. All said and done, quite a transformation. Highly recommended.

It went very well, Paul is very meticulous and goes above and beyond to do a quality job. His price was very reasonable and they completed both bathrooms in three weeks. That included the demo, rebuilding the walls, tiling, replacing shower pan, and installing all the new fixtures.

I am lucky that I found Paul Baucco on Angie's list and that he accepted my kitchen remodel project. I had a modest budget and he worked closely with me to keep within budget yet accommodate my need for just about everything. Note: the price of his services does not reflect the cost of new appliances. I appreciated his sense of style, open communications, and the quality of his work. He also had very creative ideas and thanks to him, I had so much fun making my own pendant lights at The Glass Asylum in Chagrin Falls. I highly recommend Paul and his team. He started gutting my kitchen on January 6 and left me a happy customer on February 3, 2016. While the project was completed very quickly, Paul paid close attention to the quality of the work being done and even (graciously) accepted some last minute painting requests I made.

The project went very well. Paul called in advance of the project start to meet me for the selection of the style and color of pavers, as well as the color of composite decking and the railings. Once the project began, work proceeded without delay or interruption. Paul had two helpers (Jason and Michael) and everyone worked hard every day. The entire project was completed in two weeks. I am extremely pleased with the completed deck and patio, as well as the dock. Paul remodeled my kitchen last year. I plan on working with Paul next year on a major remodeling of my bathroom. I know that when Paul does a project for me, the project will be quality work for a reasonable cost.

Paul installed a pathway from my existing sidewalk to a shed I have in the back yard. The path curved to both follow the contour of the yard as well as gracefully join with the existing stamped concrete sidewalk. He completed the project end to end in one day, and the results were fantastic. Paul has a really good eye in terms of making something new work with something old.

I interviewed several contractors but felt that Paul was the right fit for my project and me. Throughout the entire project, Paul was very easy to work with, professional, and provided quality craftsmanship. On many of occasions, Paul would politely answer my questions and offer suggestions on how to get my dream kitchen. Even though I didn't have an endless budget, I was able to get the kitchen I had hoped for. At the time of buying my current residence, renovating the kitchen was a must. I was greatly satisfied with the end product and am working with Paul currently on renovating my lower level.

Paul responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate and prepared a detailed layout and cost quotation. He was very knowledgeable about the options to consider to keep the cost for the project within the available budget. Paul was able to begin the project sooner than originally scheduled. Once he started, he showed up when scheduled, worked a full day, cleaned up at the end of each day and was very good at responding to any questions I had. He was excellent at communicating with me during the project. He was able to adjust to some unexpected site conditions discovered only after demolition. The materials he needed were ordered in advance to avoid down time during the project. The people he brought in to help on certain parts of the project were all very competent and did quality work. I am very happy with the finished project. The quality of Paul's work was excellent and he was very easy to work with. I will be sure to contact Paul about any future projects I have.

We could not be happier with two projects Paul recently completed for us, involving kitchen and bathroom updating. Paul was always prompt, honest, and professional. Our budget remained true to initial estimate, with the exception of additional things we requested because the work had gone so well. We were comfortable having Paul in the house without us, as well as being around our small children. Paul was very easy to reach by cell, even after work hours. He was well prepared with appropriate tools and materials. We hope to have Paul do work for us in the future, and would recommend him to our family and friends.

Paul came in with a bunch of options available. We ended up going with a complete tear out. With the age of our house..it was no small project. Paul tore out the bathtub like we wanted, replaced it with a full ceramic tile walk-in shower with glass doors. The sink, cabinet, lighting, toilet,and doors were all replaced. All of decisions, on what to pick out, were made up to us. He replaced the flooring with matching ceramic tile and it turned out perfect. The job was done in the exact amount of time Paul had promised and it was finished at the exact price he quoted. We are very happy with the final results and we would not have changed a thing. Paul was very meticulous to detail and always open with us. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody, for any kind of construction project. I am positive we will be using him for future projects at our house.

It was a pleasure working with Paul throughout the entire process. This was a major project and he said he it would be done in six weeks and he came through so my wife could have her new kitchen for the holidays. Paul was very easy to talk with, always returned our phone calls in a timely fashion, and a very hard worker. Whenever we had a new idea, he was able to handle it for us. He takes pride in his work and that made us feel at ease. We had a holiday party and everyone raved about our new kitchen.
