He was scheduled to come out the day before but called to see if he could come out the next day as they were behind. I appreciated the call. Joe was amazing and top notch. "Kyle, Ryan, and Evan did a fantastic job when replacing a gas hot water heater. They were knowledgeable, diligent, and honest in their estimate and their work performance. They also replaced the old, rusty parts of the plumbing stack in the basement, which had evidence of prior leaking, and they added a new washing machine drain stand pipe. They also found a leak in one of the pipes in the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen, and they replaced the leaking part, which had the added benefit of making the bathroom drain and the kitchen drain flow better. They did a full cleanup after all the work was performed. I will definitely use Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, & Heating for my next project. Thank you so much to Kyle, Ryan, and Evan!"
