He showed up on time and he works with tenants because it's a rental property so that was extremely important. And he was there, he did the job, he gave her clear instructions on what she needed to do because part of it was refinishing a bathtub. And so, he handled that very well and came back to check and make sure everything was okay which was great because he came back two days later. So, that was great and I have no complaints. He kept my name on his phone and I called him to do something else for me. I really appreciate his work and his pricing was phenomenal. I was very pleased.
