+ -1 moreAppointment was made to perform the work. Root Electric never bothered to show up for the appointment and did not call to cancel the appointment or explain why they did not show up. I understand that unexpected events might occur that would require rescheduling, but in this day of universal telephone availability there is no excuse for not calling.
