Fred Bagi from A-Tri-County Lock was at my house within 15 minutes of my call. He had all the necessary supplies with him when he arrived. He fixed the locks and the door hinges and also stopped the door from scratching the floor. He was done in less than half an hour and the door works better than it has for years.

I called to schedule to have my locks changed and they said they could come out that evening if we needed them. We didn't need them that quickly so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Fred called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he got there he looked at our locks and suggested we get new ones because the knobs were pretty well worn and could start to breakdown after the locks were changed. He said if we bought them at a store he could come back and install them. He came back the next day and installed five different locks/knobs in a little over an hour and even gave us pointers on how to fix our sliding glass door from sticking! I can't say enough good things about this company. We are very pleased!

They quickly responded to my message and scheduled the next day, as it was not an emergency. Repair was completed quickly and effectively, and they showed up as scheduled. Lock repairman was very nice. Would use again, if required.

I was missing a key for my front door and decided I needed one to be able to sell my house- the front entry is the most impressive way in. Jay examined the door, which is >100 years old, removed the cylinder and was able to make a new key for the door right on the spot. He gave advice regarding how to properly lock and open the door- it's a lock that is not made any more. He also recommended a secure style of lockbox to use for showing the house. He even gave me some tips for making other entry doors in the house operate more smoothly. Jay is very professional, friendly and skilled at his work. I highly recommend giving him a call with any door lock issues.

I expanded the work I wanted done after he arrived because I didn't realize some of the things I needed to have done, but he didn't complain and did everything I requested. It was a big job and took over three hours. He did a great job on everything. He knew a lot about security and was was very professional.

Exceptional service!!! Once I described our needs they walked me through recommendations on how to secure the door. It did not involve anyone coming out to our home. They spent over 10 mins walking me through what to do. Jay came at 9:30pm---asap after finishing another job. He worked quickly and did a good job. Gave me the coupon discount when i mentioned Angie's list even though I didn't have the coupon printed out for him.

The service went perfectly and efficiently. The lock was removed and when my new lock proved to be useless, Jay provided a new one at no additional cost.

This was the first time experience with a locksmith. We were locked out without a key. I called, they said they'd be there in 15 min. 15 min later they arrived, 5 min later the door was open. Very professional. Would recommend them and would use them again.

He was very professional and interacted with our family in a professional and kind manner. He came within his estimated time frame on a Friday afternoon/evening and got the car door unlocked quickly.

Fred called and said that he had a cancellation and that he could come to our house sooner than expected. When he arrived, he got right to the problem, replaced the doorknob and checked the other locks in the house. Very considerate, polite and efficient. Whole process took about a half hour. Good job!

Locksmith was very helpful. He changed the locks and gave us information on types of locks to consider for other areas in the home. Friendly, professional service. He came the same day we called to put new locks on our new home. I would definitely use this service again.

Front door lock broke on a Sunday evening. E-mailed them to see if they could come out in the next couple days. The technician (Jay) called 30 minutes later to say he would come out in about an hour (10pm on Sunday night). He showed up on time, fixed the lock and re-keyed other exterior door locks to match. He was very professional, personable and efficient. Price was very fair. Would highly recommend him.

The technician came within a couple of hours of my call. He took care of issues on several doors and oiled everything. All the doors are operating very smoothly.

Jay arrived in a very timely manner. He was professional and insistent that he not do any damage to our locks. Our house is not easy to access and he had to work a bit to get into the door but he did. We had broken a window before he arrived and he stayed to help me clean up the glass so that my children or dog didn't get cut. His price was very reasonable. I am used to most providers who pull up to our house and double their price when they see our house. They usually say cha ching and and I think that's all they do that day. This is not Jay. He is fair and professional and helpful and very very good at what he does.

I can't recommend A-Tri County Lock enough. Jay was very responsive, came to our home the day I requested service. He worked well into the night to complete the job. He gave us great advice and seemed to really care about our safety. Jay was professional and courteous. The cost was very reasonable also. I would highly recommend Jay. I called at 3:00 pm on the Friday before Labor Day. They came at 4:30, removed bad lock and installed new one. Very nice people.

Jay set up our initial appointment promptly. When we ran into a delay with the previous owners moving out of our recently purchased house, he called around our initial appointment time to see if he could still come out. We rescheduled for the following day. Jay called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and showed up right on time. He was very professional - he re-keyed our locks while offering some general lock maintenance tips and answered our questions. He even fixed an alignment issue with our back door for free! I would definitely recommend and use again.
