Came to me the same day I called to program a key fob and copy an emergency key blade for an electric vehicle. Took a little bit longer than he originally estimated but I’d read that fob programming for my car is a bit tricky. Plus, he honored his original quote, which was considerably cheaper than what a dealer would charge.

Do not call this company unless you want to be ripped off. I was charged $350 for a home lockout. I spoke with a reputable locksmith the next day who said he charges $150.for a home lockout.

Super fast service to help with a home lockout. The tech figured the best way to get into the house that didn't cause any damage. I was back in the house in under 5 minutes. He was at my house in less than 20 minutes and rate was very reasonable for an emergency after hours call.

If you hire this company beware of the very high cost they charge and if you live in Newark or surrounding area they charge more for their services.

My keys were stolen and they were able to update the locks to my house quickly.

Austin was so polite and informative. Called an hour ahead of schedule, to make certain that I had the keys for all the locks, and helped me to know what I needed to have ready. I liked that, as it prevents surprises and scrambling. We were able to get a deadbolt lock, in addition to the key changes. The deadbolt lock was not an easy thing to do on our door(unusual door), but Austin was great in dealing with it, and was caring in understanding what we needed for safety. We are pleased.

Worked with Eugene and he is super responsive. He assigned us Austin who also was responsive and was on his way to our project when he encountered a personal emergency and assigned us back to Eugene. Despite I’m sure the additional work, Eugene came over to our project the next day, gave us his expert advice that saved us some money, did the installs efficiently, and did a walkthrough of the work and immediately fixed something he saw needed tweaking. I had scheduled an appointment to change the locks on our new house. The day of when the locksmith reached out and said it would probably be 2 hours later I was frustrated. I reached out to the owner that I had made the appointment with and he came himself, at the original appointment time. I was satisfied with the service.
