Description of Work: The services performed were trying to open a door where the lock was no longer functional. After several attempts to fix the door a the lock had to be taken off by drilling into the lock. A new lock was put on the door. It took quite a bit of time to fix the door. There were several unsuccessful attempts to get the door open.

Description of Work: Locked my keys in the car while parked in my driveway last evening. Since entry was not critical, I sent a message via Angie's List with particulars and asked to be called the this morning. Got a call, set up a time, he opened the car, then rang our door bell, he swiped our card and was on his way. Quick, reasonable and fast. Would call him again.

Description of Work: I had new locks installed at my front door and garage to entry door. All locks keyed the same. Price was higher because on front door had a keyless entry installed. I would recommend keyless to everyone if you can afford it- it's great. |Service was timely, professional and most of all caring about what I wanted. No sales pressuring. Took time to give me instructions on new lock. Would highly recommend.

+ -1 moreExceptional service-same day, punctual and with a call on-route so that I could get to the door for his arrival. Butch was professional and efficient. Another top rated Angie's List locksmith could only provide next day service.
Description of Work: I was in need of same day service as my front door knob would not unlock. I am currently disabled and friends with keys were not able to enter the house. Butch corrected the problem quickly. I also had him replace the cylinder on another door and key it to the main house key.
