I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."

"Access to the rear of our condo was very difficult as we are on a ravine in the middle section of a 6 unit building. Although the effort required was considerable, the River Mill team was always professional and focused. They obviously take great pride in their work. The job was completed on schedule with minimal disruption to our home. The new windows have proved to be energy efficient and were seamlessly installed. The owner, Matt Pomeroy, was thorough and responsive from the initial estimate, plans and permitting, through completion. We highly recommend River Mill Construction!"

My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim as an owner is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. The whole team is very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits.
