Went in quick and easy considering the age of the house.

Great work!

I'm going to start with the biggest mess up. They put in a new walk in shower, and it is COMPLETELY wrong. It is off by 2" so there is a huge gap in the door, not to mention the base. They didn't caulk in the right places, but did caulk where they shouldn't have. I've had 3 different contractors come in and tell me the same thing. Now we have to start completely over (OUR COST). They never showed up before noon, and a few nights they were here until 11:00 p.m. (on a work night when my husband has to get up at 5:00 a.m. for work) They didn't clean up their work mess on a daily basis, leaving everything all over our living room and in our driveway, which half of it is STILL in our driveway a week later. I'll probably have to sue him to get the money back that we have to pay to re-do the shower. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE for ANYTHING. This is just a small portion of what is wrong, just the most expensive thing.

The owner was exceptional! I contacted him in regards to my back deck bowing in spots and some rotted planks in areas. I gave him the freedom to chose how to fix and my expectations of what I would like the end result to be. He tore down the entire old deck and rebuilt it from the ground up. He not only added steps, but added railings on both sides! He sealed the deck to ensure no weather damage happens. The deck was beautifully done and I could not be happier. Things to also mention, he was very responsive in any questions I had prior to choosing him to do the work, and also throughout the whole process. His rates were very reasonable and lower than all the quotes I had previously done. Job well done BB Home Repair and Service Solutions!
