Ron's range of experience in the waterproofing industry spans almost three decades. A Dayton resident since 1991, the Cleveland native began his foray into waterproofing and concrete in 1996. As a laborer, Ron quickly learned the ins and outs of the waterproofing business, including new construction waterproofing systems and concrete structural repair options available to stabilize home foundations. Ron expanded his knowledge to commercial high-rise buildings, eventually overseeing large crews building hotels in Columbus and other major cities throughout the tri-state area. "Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

"Chase from C2 (AKA Williamson Farms) has been the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had in my lifetime. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. At first, Chase was communicative and respectful. He helped us nail down our concrete project and provided an estimate that was in line with his competitors. I told Chase that two things were important to me: that the job was done well and that it was done in the next 7 weeks. He agreed to those terms and we signed a contract. That's where the good began to turn sour. He required a 50% downpayment to get started on the work. So I forked over $13,750 to a person I felt was trustworthy. Once he received his downpayment, he sent me a text: "Thanks! I'll be there tomorrow with the materials!" Even after many calls, texts, and pleading, Chase didn't show up again for 7 weeks. He promised a lot that he couldn't deliver. Now, my yard is a mess. He was going to pour the concrete directly on the grass instead of grading and creating a compacted gravel base! This is the definition of shoddy work. Now, he won't return my calls or my deposit."
