Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!

Kevin and Pioneer Construction & Concrete is another example of zero customer service or follow through. It took Kevin two days to return my message for a concrete job to be done. He said he would go to the site the next day to look at what needed done and then send me an estimate. Two days later I texted Kevin to see if he had a chance to look at the project and get a cost. He never replied. A week later he never replied. This company is another example of why Home Depot and Lowes does so well...people are fed up with poor customer service and just do the work themselves. I ended up doing the concrete work myself and would never call this company for work...they have no customer service or follow through!

Kevin and his crew poured my patio 2 years ago. He did an excellent job, crew was punctual and they were very professional. So naturally I called him to pour my drive way and porch last year; June of 2018. He and his crew were very punctual and did a great job until 10 days later my driveway and porch cracked. I reached out to Kevin to see if he could come out and repair it since it was just poured less than 2 weeks ago. He never returned my call. I paid a lot for this drive way and I expect a return call to at least acknowledge my concerns and try to repair these cracks. I would prefer to give him a good review but after several phone calls; this tells me he’s not returning my call. Unfortunate as they are polite, punctual, and usually do a great job. Do not recommend them.

Kevin and his crew were great to work with. There was nothing he could of done better. His quality is excellent. I got him from a referal from my neigbhor and we went and saw some of his work. We had some extra challenges and he worked with us to make evrything just the way we wanted it. He added color to the concrete and sealed the entire thing.

Follow up and quote were on time. Workers very nice and help the pad looks very nice!

They showed up early the first morning and worked quickly through the two days to get the job completed. The only issue with the work was remnants of concrete left in my yard where the workers had cleaned some of their tools.

Kevin and his crew did an awesome job. They came in and explained everything to us and did a great job. the concrete pad looks great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a concrete contractor.

Old section was removed, area was prepped and concrete was poured and finished the same day. These guys know what they are doing and do a great job. The price for the job was fair and the new section of the driveway is perfect. I would go here first for concrete work without hesitation.

I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Kevin came out and gave me an estimate. He had a team out to remove the pole the same day. I plan on hiring them again.

Excellent, very satisfied. I contacted Kevin with Pioneer and he came out on a weekend and looked at the job. He made several suggestions, and was able to improve upon my original plan. He contacted me later that day with an estimate. They started work the following week, and the job was completed in a timely fashion. The job site was cleaned up,and they did a good job raking the dirt that had been moved. I would hire Pioneer again, and I would recommend them to others.

Did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Was able to group our relatively small job with others and therefore able to give us a good price. Several others did not want to bother with us or quoted a high price for the job.

Contacted company they said they would meet me to give and estimate. No one showed up.

Driveway looks great! Kevin was considerate in communicating his schedule, which was sometimes weather-dependent. Workers nice. Respectful of property.

It was excellent. The first word out of my mouth was, "Gorgeous!" when I saw the job that he did. Kevin called me on a regular basis to keep me updated about when I would be scheduled. He fit me in on the first two nice days of the season. I was worried that he would have to tear part of my yard up to bring in the concrete, but it appears that he didn't even touch the yard. I don't know how he did it! He came when he said he would and finished in short time. If I have any other concrete jobs that ever need to be done, I will be calling him for sure.

Them work was completed on schedule and to my satisfaction. Digging and hauling equipment was used and the contractor made the effort to minimized the impact on my yard. The was a minor issue that was corrected promptly to my satisfaction.

All went fine. He returned calls in a timely manner and his employees were polite and courteous. Driveway looks great!

Pioneer was excellent to work with - job turned out fantastic. Great price as well.

Kevin and his team did an excellent job. I expected the job to take several hours and the team had all but final finishing done in less than 2 hours. Kevin returned the following day to cut the concrete. The team did an excellent job cleaning the job site and making it look like they were not even there. Plain and simple, they did a great job at a great price. Highly recommend.

Everything went find. They were on time and accepted instant changes.

Kevin and his team did a great job on our new patio. Started with a visit to the work site and a timely and professional quote. There where some delays to starting work due to consistent raining this summer but Kevin routinely kept us updated on the changing schedule. The day before work began Kevin returned to verify what work would be performed. All work was completed in the expected time. During removal of the old patio some brick came off the house where the old concrete patio overlapped the brick. Kevin modified his plan to be able to correct this. Before they left on the final day they cleaned up the work area very well and even filled in some small ruts that were in the grass. We now have a beautiful area that we are pleased to invite our friends and family over to enjoy with us.

We needed a new sidewalk badly and despaired of ever getting prompt service on such a small job. Many guys wouldn't return calls or even bid on it. Once we contacted Kevin, we were in good hands. His price was just about what we expected to pay. From the day we first called him, through the estimate and on to completion, the job took less than two weeks. (We caught a break with the weather.) The new sidewalk is built better than the old one: the original builder had laid the old one down direct on the ground, with no underlayment, and had made it too thin. Kevin's crew tamped gravel down under the sidewalk and installed rebar, as it should have been from the beginning. They worked hard, kept the worksite tidy, and were polite and prompt.

Despite weather not cooperating (lots of rain), they got the job done and done well. No complaints!

They did a very nice job. Three solid days of work and no one slacked off. High quality results in the end and neighbors have all commented how nice it looks. Only area for improvement would be a little more time on cleanup and reseed the yard where damaged.

Due to rain it took sometime for them to get to the job but once it cleared the work was done to my satisfaction. It was actually done a day earlier then I expected which was nice

Kevin was great throughout the process, keeping me informed on a weekly basis. Due to all the rain this Spring, it took about one month before they could actually pour my new patio. When the weather finally help up, they excavated, prepped & poured the patio in one day! When they left, things were back to normal - no mess.
