"I hired this company to remove a squirrel from my attic. Like other reviews have stated, Louis Jr. was always professional and friendly. Louis Sr. on the other hand, is disrespectful and has no professionalism or integrity. He sent me a picture of the work that needed repair on my roof. He told me of all the years of his ?professional experience ? as a roofer. When he did the repair, he said it wasn?t a roof repair, it was a gutter repair, which was NOT what he initially told me. When I asked for pictures of the work done for insurance purposes, he said he would, via text and straight to my face. He never sent the pictures. I followed up several times asking for the pictures to be sent, very politely. After being ignored for a week, I texted and left a follow up voicemail, simply asking what was promised to me. He literally sent me a text response telling me ?he did not like my text, and never to call him for any services again. The nerve!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beware!"

He visited the house on 8/15, came back on 8/19 and was completed on 8/29, with a total of 90 minutes on the job. I have had bats return twice since his service was completed. The first time, he recommended I open the windows to let the bat out. The second time was this past Thursday night and I was told he would try and fit me in and I have yet to hear back. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I really dislike feeling like I paid way, way too much for the limited time involved and to not have the problem resolved."
