Eric was prompt and clearly explained everything to me. The price was great and he actually was suggesting that I do my own sealing on the house instead of paying him. I felt he was very honest because he wasn’t trying to up-sell me on anything like some of the others I spoke with.

I received a call back immediately following my request. Eric came the next day and inspected and gave a very fair price. He is thorough and very professional. He also does not attempt to sell services I didn’t need unlike the other quote I received.

There isn't much to say. I discovered a large nest full of nasty wasps, that even stung me once while standing back and observing it. Maximum Pest Control came the day after I called (I called on a holiday) and quickly and competently removed it. As a precaution, they went around the house and sprayed under the roof overhang so any survivors wouldn't resettle close by.
