When I made an appointment with their representative, he showed up almost the same day. I set up the appointment for the first visit, and the guys showed up and set up the traps. In a few days they showed up to seal what they thought were the holes. After a month, when, the days got colder, I noticed the cherry puts in the basement, which we oainted before, so there were no old traces of rodents. I called the off I ce and told them about that. The receptionist in the office said that the manager will contact me. I am still waiting for that call. Meanwhile I am putting traps myself instead of enjoying my freepest home. Do not recommend that business. Too expensive for broken promises.

This company completely took car of the issue in my cabin! It was infested with flies, mice and bat. Everything they did has helped. I will continue to use their services forever.
