"Do NOT hire this person!! He's in cahoots with a "mold removal" outfit, also out of Rochester NY, who charged me $6,800 for mold removal, when all they did was dismantle 6 walls in my basement, spray some cheap mold killing primer on them and then leave, leaving all the old drywall waste behind. Our agreement was for them to re-install all the drywall and have it ready to paint. Another contractor said they did approximately $500 dollars worth of work. For $6,800, and now they refuse to return my calls and texts. Turnkey did the initial inspection and a couple days later I get a text from the mold company (Advanced Environmental) out of the blue, so obviously they're in on it together. DONT BE TAKEN BY EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!, they will rip you off!!"
