Company was great! Responded promptly. Did what they had to do in a professional manner. All workers were polite and knowledgeable in their field. I would call on them immediately if I had too!
Description of Work: Provided fans and air cleaners. Removed water damaged sheet rock and insulation.

Very well! They were efficient, courteous and they did a good job. They were one of the more expensive parts of the whole thing. They did bring all this incredible equipment. They did a really thorough job. They worked really well with their contractor and they came right away.
Description of Work: We had some ice damage and they dried out our kitchen and our basement.

We were away on vacation when our neighbor let us know our finished basement had flooded. Being out of the state, I was very stressed, but I was recommended to use Luke and Ed from Fire and Water Restoration. (I had tried to contact Servpro, but the were very unhelpful). They were out to our residence within hours, and started the cleanup process. We had about 6-8 inches of standing water in our basement that needed to be removed. The team came in and started ripping up our carpet, professional dehumidifiers and fans were brought in, they sprayed for mold, and hauled everything that was damaged (A LOT) out of the basement. This included couches, desks, stereo equipment, and tons of other misc personal items. While we were devastated that we lost so much to damage, they worked with us and our insurance to make sure we got the most back as we could. They understood our situation, and worked with us to make the best possible solutions. They were very responsive - answered my calls and texts very promptly, and treated our situation both professionally and with empathy. I would highly recommend this company over Servpro, who just seem to want to get your money. Luke and his team will work with you to try to make a good situation out of a bad one.

Mold Testing. This should be provided by an independent third party. They would be deciding the scope of the job, and making sure the required level of cleanliness has been met. Without them we, the contractor, could make it a bigger job than it needs to be, and if I graded my own work I would probably pass every time!
