I contacted Rich, who had been easy to work with in the initial installation process, and he said it was an installation error that they would come out and fix the next paving season. When I reached back out to Rich to schedule the fix he didn't return my calls, voicemails, or text messages. I had to chase Luis down for 3 weeks after a deposit of $3,000 was made and no work had been started. After the work was done it started to deteriorate and pavers came loose after 1 year, He sloppily threw down concrete to keep the pavers together, because I refused to pay him an extra $4500 for additional pavers on top of the $7,000 I already paid him. this job was done in the winter and did not advise on the possibility of the concrete separating from the pavers. I will not refer him to anyone, nor will I hire him again. He is probably better suited to doing commercial work, not residential."
