Westchester Seal & Repair

Westchester Seal & Repair installed a new driveway at our house that initially was fine. Within 18 months the bottom third of the driveway was severely crumbling away. I contacted Rich, who had been easy to work with in the initial installation process, and he said it was an installation error that they would come out and fix the next paving season. When I reached back out to Rich to schedule the fix he didn't return my calls, voicemails, or text messages. I wouldn't recommend Westchester Seal & Repair if you want a properly installed driveway that lasts.

DO NOT USE. NOT PROFESSIONAL They installed a new driveway and curb for me last summer. Less than a week later there was a crack in the new curb and I still had not driven on it. I took a picture and texted Rich. He said he would order a compound he needed to fix it . About 2 weeks later I reach back out to him and he said he ordered it and is waiting for it to come in. Needless to say this is the last I heard from him. With winter coming and no response from Rich I figured this is something I will need to fix on my own or find a professional to fix it when spring comes. Now to add insult to injury I get a call from them about resealing my driveway. I told the woman on the phone about this issue with my curb and unless Rich is coming to fix it, I do not want anything to do with their company. She assured me this was a mistake and that I would hear back from her by the end of the day or tomorrow at the latest. It has been over a week and still nothing.

Rich was very professional and his crew did an excellent job. I have lived in my home 29 years and the driveway was in much need of repair. I would definitely recommend this company

I had my driveway sealed on August 18 , 2020. The sealer mixture was supposed to contain a minimum of 400lbs of silica sand to "reinforce traction and help fill in porous areas" and TOPP TUFF, "a traction mark reducer "to limit the amount of tire marks ". I spoke to Richard B. within a week or so to report my dissatisfaction with the job in that I already had tire marks and there was NO sand grit in the applied mixture. Once the job was done I waited an additional re 2 day longer period than was recommended. Spoke to Rich and he pledged to have the job rectified as soon as he could; needless to say no one has ever appeared to do the work. Right now the driveway doesn't even look like it was sealed, let alone properly sealed. The job was PRICEY and unacceptable.

Amazing and professional work. My driveway was a mess and it looks amazing now. They even fixed the horrible slope that would flood and create a huge pool. Great pricing. Would definitely hire again.

My driveway was in desperate need of repair, from ice and water damage. The water constantly pooled at the bottom of our driveway and Rich knew exactly how to fix that from happening anymore and completely repaired the damage. It looks amazing! Rich and his crew are very professional, courteous and got the job done at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Westchester Seal & Repair and will use them again if needed.

This company did an excellent job. On time and communicative. Rich is very personable and friendly and easy to do business with. The work was done clean and professional..prices are as good as you're gonna get..I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again
