Absolutely no lines just perfectly level walls. Their workmanship was outstanding. The owner was on site a lot of the time and his team worked very neatly. The painting was simply outstanding. The room looks like brand new. Pricing was extremely fair especially for such quality, high end work. Anton and European Craftsman will be our only call the next time we need work done. "Dave Nessel and his stellar company, Unique Construction NY Inc. are the BEST. Allow me tell you why- On May 15th 2022 at 5:45 p.m., my house was hit by, what electrical engineers later estimated, was at least 80,000 volts of lightning. That huge, direct surge of energy destroyed all the systems and contents that made my house more than four walls and a roof. In addition to the bolt of lightning destroying all the systems in the house, it caused a violent, destructive fire. Thankfully I was home at the time of the incident, or the house would have quickly burned down all the way down and my pets would have suffered a terrible fate. Still, after all was said and done what had been my home for seventeen years was reduced to nothing more than an outer shell. I was immediately forced into the position to find, hire, and organize tradesmen from all specialties, negotiate the endless complexities of homeowners insurance, all while trying to find a place to live and continuing my self-employed full-time work schedule. It quickly became clear I needed the services of a general contractor. I interviewed a couple, but as soon as I met Dave I knew he was the man for the job. Dave was always on time or early. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
