"We contacted Ed Drake the owner of Perfect Exteriors to inspect our roof after finding that we had water damage on some sheetrock and water leaking into our storage areas. We cannot say enough good things about this company. We were told that removing and replacing four large skylights, removing the existing shingles and replacing them that the job would take a day and a half to complete. We have dealt with many different contractors over the years for many renovations but Perfect Exteriors runs the most professional, organized business we have ever hired. Ed Drake and his Field Manager Steve Dewey have an absolutely amazing crew of men. They were extremely organized and all worked well together they were an excellent team. This job was started in the time frame that we were originally given and still completed in a day and a half even with the unexpected additional replacement of 42 sheets of plywood. "Rene is a total rip off. Paid top dollar for a snap lock standing seam metal roof. The whole process was a nightmare. 2 years after installation the whole roof top has been banging with drip edge lifting 2-3 inches on all sides. Facia is blowing off due to nails pulling out and not a single drop of adhesive or silicon. Soffit has blown off in multiple locations and all surface are warping. Beware he does not stand by his work even with written guarantee of all materials and workmanship. His words are nothing but lies "

If you’re replacing an interior door, it’s best to get the work done in the summer or winter, as door installation professionals are the least busy during these seasons and might charge lower labor costs based on the decreased demand. You can also potentially save money by hiring a professional to install your exterior door during these seasons, but most homeowners wait until the spring or fall so that the extreme temperatures don’t put added strain on their HVAC systems while the door is being added or replaced.
